After a short drive to the park, it's feeding time.

(Only one problem. Notice how there's only one water line? And at the head of that shower is just an on/off valve. Yeah... there's no hot water. Showers are available in ice-cold only.)

So anyway, about Morgan. During the first elephant wash, she splashed me with some cold river water. So naturally, I had no choice during the second wash but to track her down and declare open war.

Ok, so I didn't win. Whatever. The next day we got up and went on our first Elephant Walk. We were treated to the sight of a couple of the younger elephants wrestling.

Can you imagine a 75-year old woman spending all her time wrestling and playing with a 7-year old boy? That's what's going on here.

This is James Bond, one of the about 50 dogs that lives on the park. We were told that he was uncomfortable with strangers and that we should keep our distance. I did, at least until he came up and put his head in my lap.

After we left the park and returned to town, we found that our hotel had set us up a honeymoon suite as well.
